I had a fabulous time with Cruiser Safaris and would recommend them.  The animals were abundant, but finding a true trophy required hunting, which I liked.  You will see lots of animals and sights each day.  Keep your camera handy!

 

I took home some wonderful trophies, but also some lifelong memories of the sights and sounds of Africa.  And I made new friends.  Both of which make me want to go back ASAP.  Most memorable were the stalks, the ones that worked and all of the ones that didn't.

I had Jacques as my PH.  It is always a pleasure to work with someone who tries to perform their job as well as humanly possible.  Jacques is such a person.  He is also a good companion in the field.  After a short time, you feel like a team, not just a shooter.  I cannot say enough nice things about him.

 

The accommodations are scenic, clean and comfortable.  You will feel a bit pampered.  The food is good and varied.  And there is plenty of it.  While you are there, you are a part of the family.  All of the staff is very friendly and helpful.  Pieter makes sure you feel at home.  Laughs and practical jokes are welcome!

I would recommend Cruiser Safaris for a wonderful plains game safari in South Africa.  I think their package hunts are one of the biggest bargains in the hunting world.  There are no surprises, add-ons, extra fees, or hidden costs.  They truly want you to get a real value for your money too.  Everyone dealt with is honest and upfront with any question you may have.  They were a pleasure to deal with.
